Ryanair confirmed today that it has instructed its lawyers to file a complaint with the UK Civil Aviation Authority and Competition Commission, demanding that they revise the current price cap at London Stansted to eliminate what Ryanair claims to be “monopoly abuses and overcharging” of Stansted’s airlines over the past five years (2007-2011).
