Mission: Impossible – Ghost Protocol will debut to the world as the opening film of the 8th Dubai International Film Festival on 7th December 2011. The Festival runs until 14th December.
Featuring an all-star cast including Tom Cruise, Jeremy Renner and Simon Pegg, the fourth installment in the Mission: Impossible franchise has been much anticipated by movie fans in the UAE due to the Burj Khalifa’s starring role. The Mission: Impossible team return to Dubai after extensive filming in the city, including shoots spanning its old town, downtown financial hub and offshore Palm island development.
With incredible stunt sequences featured throughout the movie, including the now iconic scene of Tom Cruise scaling the world’s tallest tower, Dubai’s Burj Khalifa, the movie also features Dubai footage shot in high-definition IMAX.
