Virgin Atlantic Airways will operate non-stop flights from London Heathrow Airport to Vancouver four times weekly from 24th May to 25th October next summer – and hopes to expand the service to all-year-round.
Chief Executive Steve Ridgway told the Vancouver Sun on Friday that the flights will be operated by an A340-300 and will increase the London Heathrow – Vancouver capacity by 10%.
The route is currently served by British Airways and Air Canada.
