The Irish-Australian Chamber of Commerce held an event yesterday (Thursday) – in the form of an Australia Day Eve Cocktail Party – where the guest speakers were H.E. Gary Gary, Australia’s Ambassador to Ireland; and Australian-born former Leinster coach Matt Williams.
