British Airways has enhanced its Trade Helpdesk operations for travel agents and travel trade partners.
With immediate effect, BA’s Trade Helpdesk lines will be extended to a 7-day a week operation. It will operate between the hours of 8am to 6:30pm.

British Airways said: “Our Trade Helpdesk teams will be available during these extended hours, offering prompt assistance, timely resolutions, and comprehensive guidance. We have allocated additional resources and trained our staff to ensure a smooth transition and effective handling during the extended opening hours.
“This decision is driven by our commitment to providing exceptional service and meeting the evolving needs of our clients.“
