Apart from relaxing under the sun, there is a lot more to do at the beach, such as paddle surfing, kayaking, water skiing and even windsurfing. The wide range of activities for all the family includes cycling, kayaking, sailing, kite surfing, paddle surfing, parasailing or windsurfing, trekking, sailing and golfing.

Water sports

Hot sunny days and clear Mediterranean waters are the ideal conditions for enjoying a range of water sports from water skiing and windsurfing to sailing and snorkelling. Head for Salou and Cambrils where you will find all the right equipment and maybe book a lesson or two to get you started.

You will find excellent walking along the coast, especially in the Montsant Mountains where the network of trails will take you off the beaten track and closer to nature. The numerous hiking paths and sky-high mountains offer breath-taking views.
