Fáilte Ireland scored 77.1 out of 100 in the survey, which surveys 5,500 members of the public about how they feel about 100 of Ireland’s best-known organisations and businesses.
The general Credit Union movement took top spot in the rankings, for the second year in a row – with a score of 84.2 – while RTÉ plummeted to 99th place; only beaten off the bottom spot by X (formerly Twitter).
Niamh Boyle, CEO of The Reputations Agency, said: “Over the last 15 years we’ve learned a good deal about the power of reputation and how to harness this for client transformation and growth, grounded in world class measurement and strategy.”
