Holiday Salesperson – European

The Holiday Sales Executive will handle sales leads, promoting holiday packages, and supplying exceptional customer service to clients seeking holiday options. They will work closely with clients to understand their travel needs and preferences, recommend suitable destinations and packages, and convert their sales leads to bookings.

Responsibilities:

  • Meeting and exceeding your assigned individual and team sales targets
  • Dealing with inbound sales opportunities via phone, email & social media
  • Delivering exceptional Customer Experience with every customer engagement
  • Supplying specialist advice to customers on destinations and properties, pre and post booking
  • Following up on potential clients and outbound sales
  • Up selling to existing clients where the opportunity arises

Requirements:

  • A Customer Centric approach – you take immense pride in delivering an excellent customer experience
  • Great verbal and written communication skills with superb telephone manner – necessary.
  • Proven experience in sales or a related field, preferably in the travel industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of travel destinations, accommodations, and holiday packages.
  • Ability to build and support client relationships.
  • Goal-oriented and results-driven.
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
  • Proficient in using sales and CRM software.

Cruise Specialist

Click&Go are seeking an enthusiastic and results-oriented Cruise Sales Specialist to join their cruise sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling cruise packages to clients, providing exceptional customer service, and meeting or exceeding sales targets. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for all things cruise, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in cruise sales.  

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Proactively sell cruise holidays to clients via phone, email, and other communication channels.
  • Understand client needs and preferences to recommend the most suitable cruise options.
  • Provide detailed information on cruise itineraries, ship features, cabin options, and pricing.
  • Handle customer inquiries, reservations, and bookings with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Stay up to date with the latest cruise offerings, industry trends, and competitor products.
  • Work closely with the cruise product team to develop and execute sales promotions and campaigns.
  • Attend training sessions and participate in cruise product webinars to enhance cruise product knowledge.

Essential Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the travel or cruise industry.
  • Strong knowledge of cruise lines, destinations, and the overall cruise market is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High level of customer service and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and other sales tools.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Flexible and able to adapt to changing market conditions and customer needs.
