Dublin’s iconic Shelbourne Hotel is, reportedly, close to being acquired by Archer Hotel Capital, the current owner of the Conrad Hotel Dublin on nearby Earlsfort Terrace.
Recent reports suggest the Shelbourne’s current owner Kennedy Wilson has reached agreement on the sale of the famous St Stephen’s Green-located hotel to Archer Capital.
