Blue Diamond Resorts Offering UK & Ireland Agents ‘Lunch and Learn’ Training Sessions in July and August

Blue Diamond Resorts is inviting agents across the UK and Ireland to update their product knowledge with dedicated ‘lunch and learn’ training sessions available from its UK-based sales team during July and August.

Arming agents with the details of current offers, discounts, and incentives; updating them with valuable product information; and providing handy selling tips, these sessions will be important in ensuring agents can confidently and successfully sell Blue Diamond and its brand portfolio.

These 30-minute training sessions have been designed with face-to-face interaction in mind and will update UK and Irish agents on the latest developments across Royalton Resorts and Planet Hollywood Hotels & Resorts.

Attendees will receive a full training session, including insights and tips on how best to sell these properties to specific target audiences, as well as securing important scene setting pointers for the wider destinations. These sessions are perfect for small groups of agents and can be conveniently scheduled to coincide with individual lunch hours or even an afternoon break. And, if an online session is preferable for those that work remotely, that can easily be arranged.

Agents can set up a training session now by emailing Luke Swarbrook on [email protected] or contacting him via Facebook @LukeSwarbrookBDM with suggested dates and timings.

Luke Swarbrook, Business Development Manager, Blue Diamond Resorts said: “These small group sessions are personalised and a fantastic way for agents to gain a better understanding of Blue Diamond Resorts and its key brands. We’ll work to center the sessions around key selling tips to ensure agents are successful in making bookings. Blue Diamond has such a variety of product that it offers true sales versatility with numerous opportunities to sell to clients with quite different holiday needs. These training sessions will tap into that, offering clear guidance for agents that are new to us and, of course, those simply looking for our most recent updates.”
