Rhona O’Leary from Ice Travel in Cork and Yvonne Collins from Freedom Travel in Celbridge were the lucky Dubai Experts to each win an iPad when Dubai Tourism, Royal Caribbean International and Emirates jointly hosted agents onboard the Radiance Class ‘Jewel of the Seas’ in Cobh (3rd September) and Dublin (4th September). Agents learnt all about the revitalised Radiance Class ‘Serenade of the Seas’ starting her series of seven-night cruises from Dubai in January 2013 and were updated on what is happending in Dubai.
The cruises depart from Dubai with easy Emirates air connections and ports of call include Fujairah, UAE; Muscat, Oman; and Abu Dhabi, UAE; each of which offers a host of excursions.
‘Serenade of the Seas’ will benefit from a makeover in December 2012. New additions as part of RCI’s €240 million dry-dock programme bringing many Oasis-class features to the rest of the fleet include a dedicated Royal Babies and Tots Nursery; popular dining venues such as Chefs Table, Giovanni’s Table for Italian dishes, Izumi Asian fusion cuisine and Sushi; outdoor movie screens; digital signage; flat screen TVs in staterooms; wi-fi; all-new Centrum aerial entertainment; the R Bar and much more.
