Stuba Celebrates 10 Years of Trading in Ireland at Stubash In Dublin

Angela Muir (Stuba’s Head of Sales), Sarah Clayton-Turner (Head of Marketing) and Anna Hawkins (Business Development Manager) hosted the travel trade in Dublin’s Iveagh Garden Hotel last night, celebrating 10 fantastic trading years within the Irish market.

The always affable Don Clarke, Stuba’s representation in Ireland and Northern Ireland, was regrettably absent due to a personal matter.

Attendees from the trade enjoyed delectable finger foods and music while casually networking and chatting with the Stuba team in the Iveagh Suite. Shopping vouchers were hidden in the room which prompted some friendly competition and was followed by a lively quiz to win some amazing prizes!

Tour America/ The Travel Suite were big winners on the night with Donna Kenny (The Travel Suite) winning a hotel stay in Vienna and Alana Monahan (Tour America) winning a hotel stay in Paris.

Lisa Memery from Cassidy Travel’s Ilac Shopping Centre branch also won a hotel stay in Barcelona. Congratulations to you all!

Earlier in the year, at the Travel Suppliers Network roadshow event in Waterford, Angela and Don gave some impressive updates on the upgrades to the technology on offer to agents with Stuba, which include tailored hotel recommendations based on previous searches and personal preferences.

With round-the-clock support available via phone, email, or online, Stuba guarantees a confirmed hotel booking number for every reservation.

A significant portion of its listings – nearly 25% -covers the USA and Canada, with other popular destinations including the Caribbean, Mexico, and Europe.

Their latest technology update now allows Stuba to demonstrate just how much more affordable its rates are compared to online booking platforms, helping agents provide the most competitive pricing for their customers.

Stuba has also introduced VIP Perks, offering your clients an enhanced hotel experience. These include luxury welcome drinks (like wine or champagne), spa and dining credits, locally crafted treasures, room upgrades, and flexible check-in/check-out options.

These perks are clearly marked in the Stuba booking system, making them easy to find within the room type and rate options.
