TIGS (Travel Industry Golf Society) President’s Day took place recently at Luttrellstown Castle Golf Club.
Members played this magnificent course in glorious sunshine and enjoyed a tasty dinner afterwards. Shannon Airport was the most generous of sponsors and Declan and Isabel provided a vast array of delectable goodies as prizes for those lucky enough to score on the day.

In addition there were several ‘picky-outs’ for those not in the winners enclosure including gin, wine and a goody bag with a voucher for afternoon tea in the 5* Muckross Park Hotel from Meg Dalton of the Muckross Park Sales Team.
President Shay Mitchell welcomed everyone and expressed his delight at being asked to be President of TIGS, a society with which he has been involved for many years. He thanked Declan Power of Shannon Airport for their continuing and very generous sponsorship which greatly contributed to the success and enjoyment of the day.
