The TTC-owned Red Carnation Hotels has announced the official opening of 100 Princes Street – its first property in Scotland, and the new sister hotel to Ashford Castle, Red Carnation’s luxury Irish retreat in Co Mayo.
The new hotel is located close to Scotland’s National Gallery and directly faces Edinburgh Castle.
Billed as an “urban retreat”, the hotel – which takes historical Scottish explorers as its main theme – houses 30 rooms and suites, along with a plush dining room, bar, lounge and even tasting room.
