ITTN Supplier Spotlight – Marella Cruises

Marella Cruises is part of TUI – the world’s biggest travel group.

Every step of the cruise can be arranged, including flights, transfers, excursions and hotels. Our end-to-end service means we’re taking care of everything.

Plus, we’re with you all the way with our 24-hour TUI Guest Experience Centre, TUI reps and onboard teams. And if you want, you can pair your cruise with a three, four or seven-night stay at dozens of properties in home-port destinations, ranging from TUI BLUE & Holiday Village resorts to budget-friendly hotels.

On a Marella Cruises sailing, you’ll always find a warm and welcoming atmosphere, from the moment you step onboard, wherever we sail. Our friendly staff will remember your name, as well as your favourite cocktail. And in the restaurants, we’re just as well-versed in local specialities as we are in decent cups of tea. In fact, we’ve been endorsed with the Good Housekeeping Reader Recommended stamp of approval. A massive 90% of our customers said the service was very good or excellent – and were impressed by how staff recognised them on a return visit.

FAMILY CRUISING

We’ve nailed every last detail regarding getting the kids onboard. That means family-sized (Marella Discovery and Discovery 2 cabins sleep up to 7) and interconnecting cabins, buffet lunches featuring favourites like pizza and spaghetti bolognese, and a great mix of activities. During our sea days, we lay on table tennis and football tournaments, fun quizzes, and early evening shows. And when we’re in port, we’ve got some great, kid-friendly shore excursions that you can head off on. Every ship has a free kids’ club, too, apart from adults-only Marella Explorer 2. And you can also take your under-threes to free Babytainment classes, where you can sing nursery rhymes or try out baby ballet.

EVERYTHING AT YOUR FINGERTIPS

Once onboard, guests can use the Navigate onboard app. This enables guests to view their onboard account, information about facilities and entertainment schedules, and book onboard extras such as spa treatments, excursions and tables in the stunning a la carte restaurants. Navigate is part of the continued modernisation strategy for Marella Cruises enhancing customer experience onboard.

The app, which is free to use and doesn’t require internet, will be hosted on the ship’s network and will open on any browser, meaning passengers aren’t required to download it or purchase wi-fi packages.
