United Travel Pte. Ltd – an affiliate company of Nordic Hamburg and Heritage Expeditions – has emerged as a buyer for troubled US cruise operator Vantage Deluxe World Travel.
Vantage – which is headquartered in Boston – is up for sale having filed for bankruptcy after racking up losses of around $20m during the Covid crisis.
United Travel has, reportedly, agreed to pay $1m for Vantage, which caters for the seniors luxury cruise and expedition cruise markets.
