Four days to go for Travel Centres 2021 Conference

In just four days’ time, almost 100 delegates will make their way to Naas to attend Travel Centres’ 16th annual conference.

The conference has been reduced to just one day (November 12th), but the usual components such as closed agent sessions and supplier workshops will still be taking place.

The theme for this year’s conference is ‘Survive and Thrive’. Members will be looking to find out more about dynamic packaging, insurance matters and agent support post-Brexit.

Despite hosting Virtual Town Hall Meetings throughout the pandemic, Travel Centres members still have a lot to discuss. This includes threats and opportunities facing the travel trade and optimum strategies that agents should deploy in order for them to prosper.

On Saturday morning, a supplier open forum will take place. The expert panel of speakers includes:

  • Mary Denton – CEO of Sunway Holidays
  • David Smith – Trade Relations Manager TUI
  • Martina Coogan – Country Manager of United Airlines
  • Jason Whelan – Head of Travel and Speciality Insurance Europe of Blue Insurance
  • Jennifer Callister – Head of Ireland at Royal Caribbean

The session will be moderated by veteran travel journalist, Eoghan Corry.

Travel Centres is delighted to acknowledge the support of the following companies, organisations and sponsors: Accident & General, Air Canada, Bedsonline, Hertz, Princess Cruises, Royal Caribbean, Skillnet, Sunway and United Airlines.
