Ryanair passengers travelling through Birmingham Airport have been warned to expect potential flight disruption this summer, with staff planning strike action later this month.
Approximately 100 security staff and terminal technicians are, reportedly, set for a continuous strike starting on July 18.
They are striking over low pay levels.
Trade union Unite has already turned down a pay offer, saying it only amounts to a real-terms pay cut, given the current rate of UK inflation.
Reports say flights by Ryanair, EasyJet, Wizz Air, Lufthansa, Emirates and TUI could be affected by the strikes.
