The level of European flight cancellations jumped by 46% in June, according to latest monthly data from aviation analytics company Cirium.
In terms of airline punctuality, Icelandair, Iberia Express, SAS Scandinavian Airlines and Finnair were the best performers in Europe during the month; while globally Saudia was the most punctual carrier.
Meanwhile, cancellations in the Asia-Pacific region decreased by 16% month-on-month.
Aeromexico, LATAM Airlines, JAL and Azul were the next best performers.
