CityJet has announced a new fare structure in three categories, City Premium, City Flex and City Value, and has unveiled a new navy blue and red uniform for cabin crew as from 1st December 2012.

CityJet

City Premium is a fully flexible, fully refundable fare that can be changed or cancelled at any time up to 15 minutes before departure for no extra fee or difference in the fare. Checked luggage allowance is for two pieces of up to 23kg each and two pieces of hand luggage up to 12kg each. Seats are at the front of the aircraft, with the middle seat left unsold (although this is not guaranteed if the flight is heavily booked) and an upgraded meal is included. Sky Priority, fast track security and airport lounge access are included at applicable airports. City Premium fares also earn double Flying Blue points.

City Flex is a fully flexible, fully refundable economy fare that can be changed or cancelled at any time up to 15 minutes before departure for no extra fee, although any difference in the fare price has to be paid. Checked luggage allowance is for one piece of up to 23kg and two pieces of hand luggage up to 12kg. Onboard refreshments are included in the price.

City Value is a non-refundable economy fare that can be changed for a fee of £60 and any difference in the fare price up to 15 minutes before departure. Luggage allowance is for one piece of hold luggage up to 23kg and one piece of hand luggage up to 12 kg. Onboard refreshments are also included in the price.

Chief Executive Christine Ourmières said: “The majority of our passengers are business flyers and, while their budgets may differ depending on whether they are a corporate or an SME, their need for flexibility does not.”
