From 1st February 2013, chef Michel Roth will offer a new dining experience in the Business Class cabin during Air France long-haul flights departing from Paris-Charles de Gaulle.
On the menu will be six exceptional dishes inspired by French culinary classics. Following chefs Joël Robuchon and Guy Martin, the renowned chef from L’Espadon restaurant at the Ritz Paris will be Air France’s latest ambassador of French cuisine.
To maximise passengers’ dining pleasure, the menu will be changed twice a month.
