LEVEL to Become Independent Standalone Airline Within IAG Stable

LEVEL – the Barcelona-based long-haul low-cost carrier – is to operate as a standalone, independent airline within the IAG group.

Currently, LEVEL is run as a sister brand under Iberia, which is also owned by IAG.

IAG owns Aer Lingus, British Airways, Iberia, Vueling and LEVEL.

LEVEL will shortly apply for its own Air Operator’s Certificate (AOC) and double its fleet to 8 planes.

It will keep its Barcelona as its main hub.
