This week KLM is highlighting its unique approach to customer service to passengers around the world with the #HappytoHelp campaign.From Monday 13th to Friday 17th October, the campaign sees a dedicated customer service team operate from a special glass pavilion at Amsterdam Schiphol Airport, as well as at various airports around the world.
Open 24 hours a day and promoting the best in customer service, the #HappytoHelp team mirrors KLM’s own high-quality 24-hour customer service for its passengers, across the five-day period.
The campaign highlights the importance that KLM places on top-quality customer service, with all queries and requests dealt with in an open, caring, and personal manner, aiming to ensure a swift and professional response.
