Celebrated travel expert, Jo Rzymowska, is to join the Hays Travel board as a non-executive director, during what is a key time for the UK’s largest independent travel agent as it sets its sights on the future.
Ms Rzymowska, is a highly respected business leader, known for her commercial nous as well as her passion to drive greater diversity, equity and inclusion in the industry. When she stepped down from Celebrity Cruises in July 2023, she made it clear that she did not intend to retire, but was keen to apply her years of experience to support businesses and individuals as they grow.
Dame Irene Hays said: “We’re thrilled to welcome Jo to our Hays Travel board as a non-executive director, where she will contribute and challenge in equal measure areas of our business that go way beyond the expected subjects of cruise, and inclusion, to make the most of our future growth plans.”

Ms Rzymowska will take up her role as a non-executive on the Hays Travel board director from 1 November 2023.
