Aqua Expeditions – the luxury cruise line provider focused on premier destinations like the Mekong River and the Amazon – has appointed Maximiliano (Max) Campos as its new Regional Sales Manager for the UK, Ireland, Scandinavia, and Benelux region.
Based in London, Max will focus on trade relations to strengthen Aqua Expeditions’ presence in Ireland, the UK and the territories under his portfolio– supporting Global Director of Sales, Milly Alva Haimberger.
With over 15 years of experience in sales and marketing management, Max Campos is a highly accomplished professional with a track record of implementing successful sales.
He brings a wealth of experience in luxury and experiential tourism, having worked in sales and product management for: Air Canada, AerolÍneas Argentinas, as well as Air Europa. Most recently Max worked for luxury brand COMO Hotels as Senior Sales Manager for Corporate and Residences selling the London properties to direct corporate companies and TMCs.
His role in the region involves overseeing product training, FAM trips, strategic partnerships, and commercial strategies, all aimed at improving the positioning of Aqua’s fleet of five ships which operate seven unique luxury experiences.
As part of this effort to help Aqua grow in the region assigned, Max will be supported by two members of the company’s reservations team who will look after inquiries and bookings from the region.
