Apart from relaxing under the sun, there is a lot more to do at the beach, such as paddle surfing, kayaking, water skiing and even windsurfing. The wide range of activities for all the family includes cycling, kayaking, sailing, kite surfing, paddle surfing, parasailing or windsurfing, trekking, sailing and golfing.

Water sports

Hot sunny days and clear Mediterranean waters are the ideal conditions for enjoying a range of water sports from water skiing and windsurfing to sailing and snorkelling. Head for Salou and Cambrils where you will find all the right equipment and maybe book a lesson or two to get you started.

Golf

Costa Daurada is home of some of Spain’s (and Europe’s) finest golf courses. One right at your door at PortAventura Golf opened in 2008. Enjoy some sun, fresh air and exercise on the golf course. There are a few challenging courses along the coast, including those at Reus Aigüesverds, Masia Bach and Bonmont Terres Noves, with plenty of superb views to enjoy while you wait for your turn.
