Throughout December 2013, the SAS Advent Calendar offered Irish agents the chance to win spot prizes on selected days during the month, right up until Christmas Eve. Every agent who correctly answered the daily question was also entered into a draw to win an iPad Air 32GB. Scandinavian Airlines received a great response from the trade, with six Irish agents receiving spot prizes.
The grand prize of the draw for the iPad Air 32GB was won by Deirdre Russell from Star Travel in Limerick.
Along with Deirdre there were five other lucky winners of the SAS advent calendar’s ‘on the spot’ prizes, which included portable travel speakers, Scandinavian gift hampers, iTunes gift cards, and Royal VKB garlic crushers.
The five prize winners were:

- Deirdre O’Hare, Classic Resorts
