DAA Requests Submissions on Irish Language

The Dublin Airport Authority is to draft a scheme in accordance with Section 11 of the Official Languages Act 2003, the primary objective of which is to ensure better availability and a higher standard of public services through Irish, and is inviting submissions by 12th April 2013.

Submissions should not exceed 4,000 words (about eight pages). Ideally submissions, which will be made available on the company’s website, should be forwarded electronically to [email protected]. Alternatively, they may be posted to Gary Clooney, Dublin Airport Authority, Old Central Terminal Building, Dublin Airport, County Dublin.

The latest date for receipt of representations is 5pm on Friday 12th April 2013.
