Ticket Sales Open for ITIC September Conference in Athlone

Ticket sales are now open for the September 18th Conference organised by the Irish Tourism Industry Confederation (ITIC) proudly sponsored by Fáilte Ireland in association with Tourism Ireland and AIB.

This unmissable event of the tourism calendar takes place from 10:00AM to 3:30PM in the Radisson Blu Hotel in Athlone, Co Westmeath. The conference will be hosted once again by broadcaster Dearbhail McDonald and ITIC will launch its roadmap for the future Vision 2030: An Industry Strategy for Tourism Growth.

A stellar line up of speakers includes Minister Catherine Martin, broadcaster Patrick Kielty, UNWTO’s Anita Mandiratta, CEO of Fáilte Ireland Paul Kelly, interim CEO of Tourism Ireland Siobhan McManamy, Economist Jim Power and former Taoiseach Bertie Ahern, as well as tourism industry leaders.

  • With demand strong but supply compromised, what state is tourism really in?
  • Can industry overcome the dual challenges of sustainability and competitiveness?
  • Will the Midlands be transformed by Just Transition funding?
  • What does the future hold for Irish tourism?

These and other questions will be asked and answered on September 18th.

Registration costs €125 + Vat so book your ticket soon to secure your place.
