Room2 ‘Hometel’ Concept to Open in Belfast

The UK-owned accommodation chain Room2 – which brands itself as the world’s first ‘hometel’ operator (which offers self-catering long/short stay accommodation; mixing a home feel within a hotel setting) – is due to open in Belfast this year, marking its first property outside of the UK.

The Room2 properties offer anything from 24-hour stays to month-long stays; come equipped with laundry rooms and co-working areas. They also have mattress menus and each room has its own living area and kitchenette.

Room2 operates a number of properties in the UK, but the Belfast outlet will be its largest to date.
