Brittany Ferries has confirmed it will reopen its passenger service from Portsmouth to Le Havre which had been temporarily switched to freight only during the pandemic.
Tickets are on sale now, priced from €125 for a car and two passengers, for the 114-cabin Cotentin which will start taking passengers again from 1 March 2023.
Cotentin will run from Portsmouth to Le Havre at 11.30 pm on Sundays and Thursdays, arriving at 8.30 am. It will leave Le Havre on Thursdays and Sundays at 5.30 pm, arriving at 10 pm.
The ship will continue on to Rosslare at 7 pm, arriving at 2.30 pm on Saturday.
On Sundays and Thursdays, Cotentin will run from Le Havre to Portsmouth, leaving at 5.30 pm and arriving at 10 pm. Then it will return to Le Havre, leaving Portsmouth at 11.30 pm and arriving at 8.30 am.
On Fridays, it will leave Le Havre for Rosslare at 7 pm and arrive at 2.30 pm on Saturday, before leaving Rosslare at 5.45 pm on Saturday and arriving in France at 3 pm.
