Al Andalús Train Returns into Service

Considered one of the most luxurious and spacious trains of its type, the completely remodelled Al Andalús, a palace on wheels, comes back into service on 6th May 2012. It will pass through places of major tourist interest in Andalucía: Sevilla, Córdoba, Baeza, Úbeda, Granada, Ronda, Cádiz, Jerez, Sanlúcar de Barrameda and the Doñana National Park.

A journey on this magical train brings the visitor back in time to an era of glamour and elegance, allowing a peaceful discovery of Andalucía’s landscape, culture, art, gastronomy and culture. This supremely comfortable hotel on wheels offers an ideal vantage point for discovering the local countryside.

Restored in 2011 by FEVE, Spain’s railway company, this luxurious train has four ‘salon’ coaches, and seven ‘suite’ coaches, containing 32 suites, and sleeping 64 people. With an itinerary lasting six days and night nights, the service includes expert guides who will ensure that passengers do not miss a single detail on their journey.

Departures for this year are from Seville on the following dates:

May: 6, 13, 20, 27

June: 3, 10, 17, 24

September: 16, 23, 30

October: 7, 14, 21, 28

November: 4, 11, 18, 25

December: 2
