
Zürich Tourism has appointed Black Diamond as its PR representation agency for the UK and Ireland, marking the destination’s first dedicated representation in the market and a significant milestone in its international growth strategy.

The partnership signals Zürich’s ambition to build standout destination awareness and establish itself as Europe’s leading cultural city escape, positioning the city as a compelling alternative to other short-haul alternatives. Black Diamond’s remit will focus on elevating Zürich’s profile among UK and Irish consumers, ensuring the city becomes a top-of-mind choice for culturally curious travellers.

An integrated communications strategy will spotlight Zürich’s distinctive character, highlighting its creative and cultural scene, acclaimed gastronomy, and enviable proximity to nature. From world-class galleries and design to lake swimming, alpine access and a progressive food scene, storytelling will emphasise Zürich’s unique balance of luxury, creativity and outdoor escape.
In addition, Black Diamond will position Zürich as an ideal pre- and post-stay destination for river cruising, skiing and wider European touring, strengthening its role as both a gateway and a destination in its own right.
Activity will span a full-service approach, including press office, influencer-led campaigns, group and individual press trips, brand and media partnerships, and live events designed to connect Zürich with key cultural and travel tastemakers.
