MSC World Europa – “The Future of Cruising”
Suzanne Rowe delivered an impressive overview of “The Future of Cruising – MSC World Europa” which is being christened in Doha next weekend.
She has a groundbreaking design catering for 6,462 passengers. She features one of the world’s cleanest marine fuels. She has a Y-shaped aft, a significant design departure in terms of the rest of the MSC fleet. She also has an extensive outdoor promenade for panoramic sea views and al fresco dining options. For thrill-seekers, there is an 11-deck high dry-slide – the largest dry slide at sea! There are 33 restaurants, 6 speciality restaurants and the MSC World Europa has MSC’s largest kids area catering for families.
She will spend her first season in the Emirates (Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sir Bani Yas, Dammam, Doha, Dubai) before sailing to the Mediterranean (Genoa, Naples, Messina, Valletta, Barcelona, Marseille) for Summer 2023 where she will be based in Barcelona.
MSC will have ten ships in the Mediterranean next summer. Suzanne highlighted that MSC will have direct air access to Barcelona as well as Rome and Venice for customers looking for a Fly-Cruise!
