Wings Abroad Holidays in Ireland is not affected by the recent suspension of all operations by Wings Abroad UK, which operates as a separate company. The UK company is not closing down but has suspended operations after failing to find a buyer for the business and will continue to be registered.
A spokesman for Wings Abroad UK said that the prospects of a 2013 operation would be reviewed later this year.
