We are Hiring: ITTN Group Seeks Business Development Executive

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day administration and developing database leads for travel2ireland, Travel Times, ITTN and our travel awards business

Key Responsibilities:

·                Managing day-to-day scheduling of meetings and events of management

  • Managing data in spreadsheets and reports
  • Communicating with clients on campaign updates by liasing with social media team
  • Keep records and reports up to date on Excel
  • Carry out clerical duties, including answering emails and phone callst
  • Assisting with maintaining departmental files and documentation
  • Preparing post-campaign results for clients by logging social media and website analytic report results (training provided)

Job Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in sales administration, strong IT skills, and a proactive attitude to support the day-to-day running of the business. Knowledge of social media management, experience working on Canva and documenting analytics via Wix is a plus. 

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in administration
  • Strong PC skills, with a high proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Essential)
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work both as part of a team and independently, making decisions as required

This job is a full time office role based in Sandymount, Dublin 4.
