Water Discus Hotel MoU Signed in Dubai

Dubai-based shipbuilding company Drydocks and Maritime World has signed an MoU with Swiss company BIG InvestConsult appointing Drydocks World as the exclusive main contractor for construction of a new concept of floating and underwater hotels in the Middle East.

BIG InvestConsult is representing Deep Ocean Technology, the Polish owner behind the unique technology and concept of Water Discus Hotel that envisages a discus-shaped leisure facility that is partly above water and the rest 10 metres below the surface with 21 bedrooms, a dive centre and bar. Miniature underwater vehicles operated from inside will allow guests to explore sealife close up. The company holds special exclusivity rights for the customers and facilities located in the Gulf Co-operation Council countries.
