From King Travel in Malahide, Dublin, Carmel’s ‘Eclipse to the Heart’ recipe was selected as the top entry from Ireland and Lorraine Quinn, Celebrity Cruises’ Head of Sales – Ireland (standing in for Jenny Rafter, who is currently away on annual leave) was filmed preparing Carmel’s recipe, which was recently featured on ITTN. The entertaining and mouthwatering results can be viewed online along with the other nominees.
