
Visit Qatar has successfully concluded its participation at World Travel Market (WTM) London 2025, which took place from 4-6 November at ExCel London.
The global tourism event provided a platform for Visit Qatar and its partners to showcase the country’s dynamic and expanding tourism ecosystem to an international stage, while strengthening its partnerships aligned with the country’s national tourism strategy.
Visit Qatar led a delegation of 48 leading hospitality and destination partners, in addition to new corporate participants Qatar Rail, Sidra Medicine, Aspetar and Qatar Creates.

This year’s WTM London marked several key milestones for Visit Qatar and the country’s tourism sector. A highlight of the event was the announcement of a new strategic partnership between Visit Qatar and Experience Oman, designed to promote multi-destination travel across the Gulf and enhance the region’s collective appeal to global travellers.
The Qatar Pavilion welcomed senior delegations from the Saudi Tourism Authority and the Jordan Tourism Board, underscoring a shared commitment to strengthening regional tourism collaboration and increasing cross-market visitation.
Further reinforcing Qatar’s position as a leader in service excellence, Qatar Tourism signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Forbes Travel Guide to enhance hospitality standards through professional training, service benchmarking and global accreditation initiatives. In addition, Qatar Tourism officially joined the expanded Cruise Arabia Alliance, a milestone that strengthens the Gulf region’s growing status as a world-class cruise destination.
The dedicated two-story Qatar Pavilion – spread over 700 sqm with an additional 150 sqm mezzanine for trade and business engagements – included a dedicated cultural zone with calligraphy, Arabic Kohl and perfume making. A special 4D immersive activation for Meryal Waterpark brought to life one of Qatar’s newest attractions, while a dedicated Qatar Calendar showcase provided an insight into the country’s upcoming events, including brand new sporting and music events for 2026 and beyond.
Through its participation at WTM London 2025, Visit Qatar reaffirms its commitment to positioning Qatar as a leading global destination, promoting its diverse attractions, exceptional hospitality and vibrant cultural identity to international audiences.
