Visit Dubai and Emirates recently hosted two regional dinners for travel agents in Ireland, in Cork and Kilkenny.
In Cork, the dinner was hosted at SeventySeven and welcomed 17 Irish agents, whilst in Kilkenny, 10 agents were hosted for dinner at Statham’s by Pembroke Kilkenny.

At both dinners, agents were treated to a delicious three-course dinner, while enjoying updates on the popular destination from the tourist board – including the newly renovated Dubai Fountain Show and the winter opening of Global Village – and the expanding flight network from Emirates Ireland, as well as fascinating overviews from two hotel partners. On 28th October, the Kerzner team joined in Cork to share updates on hotel brands including Atlantis and One&Only, while Jumeirah joined agents in Kilkenny the following evening to provide an overview of the beautiful Madinat Jumeirah properties.

These dinners were perfectly timed to coincide with the launch of Emirates’ new daily direct service to Dubai. Launched on October 26th, this marks Emirates’ third daily flight from Dublin. This expansion strengthens connectivity between Ireland and Dubai, offering even greater choice and flexibility for Irish travellers heading to the UAE and beyond. This new flight will depart Dublin at 08:25am and land in Dubai at 08:00pm.
