United to Introduce Second Daily Dublin – New York Nonstop Service for Summer 2014

United will introduce a second daily nonstop service between Dublin and its New York hub, Newark Liberty International Airport, during the period 6th June to 19th August 2014 (both dates westbound), subject to government approval. United LogoThe Dublin – New York (Newark) flight, UA131, will depart Dublin daily at 12.30, arriving in New York at 15.00 the same day. The return flight, UA130, will depart New York (Newark) daily at 22.25, arriving in Dublin at 10.20 the following morning.

The flights will be operated by B757-200 aircraft with 169 seats – 16 flat-bed seats in BusinessFirst and 153 in Economy, including 45 Economy Plus seats with added legroom and increased personal space.

The AirTrain service to New York Penn Station in midtown Manhattan has a journey time of less than 30 minutes.

United has increased its summer departures from the island of Ireland by 35% since 2012.
