Blaithin O’Donnell of Air Canada made a special visit to Travel Counsellor’s head office in Cork today to present the team with their 2025 Circle of Excellence Gold award.
Circle of Excellence is Air Canada’s exclusive recognition programme for its top performing travel partners globally, celebrating agencies that show exceptional sales, service and a commitment to Air Canada. Agents like Travel Counsellors who receive a Circle of Excellence award have demonstrated a strong partnership with Air Canada with exceptional sales and service.
Blaithin commented “I was so delighted to meet with Travel Counsellor’s head office team and present them with their award. Being able to present the award live on their weekly TCTV programme, with TCs from around Ireland tuning in was particularly special. It’s the community from around the country that make this partnership with Air Canada so strong. I’m always very impressed with how they are so invested in learning about our products, services and routes so that they can best advise their clients.”
