TPG – Travel Partners Group, together with Shannon Airport, held their Cork Agent Appreciation Event at Bocelli Italian Kitchen & Wine Bar last night. With close to 60 travel agents and suppliers in attendance, it was a fun filled evening, hosted in a super venue.
Jeanette Taylor (Blue Insurance) welcomed guests, highlighting that the evening was a ‘thank you’ from the TPG group, for all the support shown throughout the year.
Pre-dinner drinks and chats was followed by a gorgeous meal, paired with regional wines and beers. Agents expressed their delight at the casual relaxed evening which flowed with great drinks, chats and laughs.
After coffee, Alan Sparling (ASM-Ireland) took to the floor to kick off the now infamous ‘TPG Prize Line’ where Declan Power (Shannon Airport) had put up pairs of tickets from Shannon to Budapest, Malta, Madrid & Madeira, which led to whoops and hollers of excitement. Additional prizes from each TPG supplier had the room full of anticipation, as each agent waited for their mobile phone to ring.
The next TPG Agent Appreciation Event takes place on Sunday 6th July on the now firmly established day trip to Wales onboard with Irish Ferries.
