Supplier Spotlight: Top 3 Viewpoints Not To Be Missed Along Salou’s Costa Dorada

The municipality of Salou has one of the most privileged areas of the Costa Dorada, both for its beaches and coves, as well as for the natural and wild environment that surrounds them.

Along these coves, following the coastal path for almost 10km, we can find up to 40 viewpoints to enjoy the Mediterranean and the beautiful coastal area of Salou.

Although all of them are ideal and we advise you to do the route of the viewpoints to enjoy the full experience, this is our top 3 that you can’t miss for anything in the world:

Punta Prima viewpoint

From here you can see some of the best sunsets in the municipality, surrounded by wild vegetation. You can also see one of the most unique and natural coves in Catalonia: Punta del Caballo cove.

Platja Llarga viewpoint

At 30 metres above sea level, it is in the middle of the Playa Larga Natural Park with many autochthonous species. The floating viewpoint offers breathtaking panoramic views of Llarga beach and its protected dunes.

La Falconera viewpoint

An imposing cliff rises the Salou lighthouse, dating from 1858. A space that evokes peace and tranquillity in the centre of Cap Salou, an area of great cultural, historical and geological interest.
