Thousands of Passengers Affected as Gatwick ATC Staff Shortage Grounds Flights

An estimated 15,000 passengers have been disrupted by more than 100 flights being cancelled due to air traffic controller (ATC) staff shortages at London’s Gatwick Airport.

EasyJet, Wizz Air and British Airways are among the airlines which have already cancelled flights out of the London hub today.

In EasyJet’s case, its cancellations include flights on its popular Gatwick to Belfast route.
