The Crystal Ski 2024/25, and indeed, the 2025/26 programmes (I can’t believe this is already on sale, how things have changed) was launched in ‘apres style’ last night at the Hyatt Centric Hotel.
Media and friends were greeted with a snow machine to get us in the apres ski mood, a green screen so that we could make like we were on the slopes, coloured ice cubes in glasses to bring on the full apres ski vibe and of course what ski trip would be complete without an Aperol Spritz and a cheesy DJ (no offence Ms DJ!).
With an impressive speech led by the Irish team of Charlotte Brenner, Marketing Manager for TUI Ireland, Suzanne Mulligan, Senior Marketing Executive and completed by Head of Ireland Manager Craig Morgan the standout information for me was that Italy skiing is back in vogue, that they have launched Slovenia as a new destination – imagine Lake Bled coupled with a ski trip – swoon!
And then there’s the Crystal Snow Promise – have you heard about this?
It really is a winner in my eyes. Basically, they promise to get you to the snow, so if there’s no snow while you’re on holiday they’ll find it for you! So, if your client books their holiday before 30 November for the same season they are travelling in, you can change their holiday fee-free if less than 10% of runs are open in the ski area their travelling to.

This morning, I can’t get the word ‘snow plough’ out of my head and I can’t wait to hit the slopes this year and every year!
