Thai May Operate A380 to Australia

Thai Airways International will commence A380 flights from Bangkok to Kong Kong and Singapore this Saturday, 6th October – and is considering A380 services from Bangkok to Sydney and/or Melbourne for next year.

At the Incentive Travel and Conventions, Meetings Asia (IT&CMA) and Corporate Travel World (CTW) Asia, currently underway in Bangkok, Pandit Chanapai, Executive Vice President – Commercial of Thai Airways said that the airline will take delivery of two more A380s by the end of this year and will be flying to Frankfurt and Narita from mid-December. A fourth A380 will be online early next year and will service the Bangkok – Paris route.
