TAP Air Portugal has unveiled its new signature menu and six new top-flight chefs to show off its new inflight dining options.
The new dishes include Maronesa Beef, Confit Codfish, Chickpea and Green Sauce Salad, as well as a range of sweet treats, which showcase Portugal’s fantastic regional gastronomy and TAP’s commitment to inflight dining excellence.
TAP’s six new chefs have been taken onboard to deliver exceptional Portuguese cuisine as part of its Local Stars initiative in partnership with The Art of Tasting Portugal.
