Sunway is looking for an experienced Ticketing Agent to provide full-time maternity cover from 27th June 2016 for a period of 34 weeks (which may be extended).
Successful candidates will join a multi-award-winning holiday company and gain excellent experience in a tour operator.
The ideal candidate should have experience on Amadeus and full ticketing experience.
Duties
- Overall responsibility for all long-haul ticketing on IATA BSP for worldwide department
- Daily ticketing requirements to include issuance of all passengers tickets, calculating change fees and processing reissues, handling of schedule changes, issuance of EMDs and any other ticketing requirements; an expert knowledge of Amadeus is required
- Provide support to sales team as necessary
- Provide support to admin team as necessary
- Reconciliation of BSP
What is Needed
An ability to work in a busy and demanding environment as part of a busy sales/ admin team.
A positive customer friendly approach with a great phone manner.
Strong literacy and communication skills.
