Solmar Villas has announced two additions to its senior leadership team.
Brian Mebourne has been appointed Chief Technology & Product Officer (CTPO). He spent 15 years with GTA – later acquired by Hotelbeds, and 10 years with Open Destinations where he led teams on award-winning work. He joined Solmar Villas this summer and will be responsible for delivering a scalable technology strategy across the entire business, including digital and operational touchpoints.
Sue Goddard joins as Operations Director, leading the day-to-day operational business and taking responsibility for customer experience and operations throughout the customer journey including direct leadership of the pre-travel, overseas and customer resolution teams. Prior to joining Solmar, Ms Goddard spent over 17 years with Center Parcs, most recently as Director of Service Development overseeing strategic direction across the guest journey.
